This family wanted to replace a deteriorated backyard patio & roof cover with a new functional space. They also wanted a lower maintenance landscape and was open to the idea of synthetic turf. The goal: help them to connect their life & land.

The project began with the need for a larger driveway to accommodate a growing family of drivers! From there we explored options to increase the families outdoor living experience and how to better utilize their landscape.

This well-lit backyard with a custom outdoor kitchen + grill smoke station, hot tub, fire pit, and fireplace seating area makes outdoor living enjoyable all year long. We created a transitional space suited for entertaining guests whether it’s a night cookout, wine by the firepit, or relaxing by the water feature.

This family can enjoy their custom putting green and pool in total privacy thanks to an aesthetically pleasing fence designed to match the elements of their home. There’s no better feeling than stepping right into the pool after nailing that last hole-in-one. 

An avid golfer with a serious green, this family can have putting tournaments while entertaining their closest friends and family! 

This family of 7 now votes for ‘staying at home’ instead of the destination getaway. 

By adding modern conveniences of the fountain, lighting, and useable layout to make entertaining easy, we worked hard to keep alive memories of the past.
